Fees
The European Institute of Human Sciences is a charitable organisation. It aims to provide and promote Islamic education throughout the UK and Europe. As such, the Institute strives to subsidise its courses as much as possible. Despite this, however, we do charge fees, which are subject to annual increase to keep in line with the cost of living currently stand at the following rates:

Arabic Language Program One, Two or Three Years (Attendance Only)

£350 per academic year payment required in advance.

Course System:  The Institute offers 42 different courses (Attendance Only)

£ 200 for the course and payment is required in advance.

EJAZA in the Quran and Qiraat (5 years )

£ 100 One-time non-refundable registration fee.

£ 2500 for the full program paid by the student.

Higher Licence in Islamic Law (3 Years):

  • £100 registration fee non-refundable.
  • Attendance student: £4000 a year (The Institute will cover part of the fees £2500 a year). Total: £4500.
  • Self Study student: £3000 a year (The Institute will cover part of the fees £200 a year). Total: £3000.

Refund policy
Withdrawal from Course

If for any reason you are unable to continue the course, you must notify the Registrar in writing.
Please note:

  • The £100 registration fee paid on application is non-returnable.
  • If a student withdraws before 1st November of Semester 1, first installment fees can be returned on arrangement; deductions being made for any materials, admin costs etc.
  • If a student completes Semester 1 but withdraws before April 1st of Semester 2, 40% of second installment fees will be returned.
  • Students who have paid in full (£1,350 for the academic year with discount) and withdraw before November 1st of Semester 1 will have their fees returned; deductions being made for any materials, admin costs etc.
  • Students who have paid in full (£1,350 with discount) and have completed Semester 1 but withdraw before April 1st of Semester 2 will have £300 returned.
  • Students who withdraw after November 1st before completing Semester 1 will not be eligible for any return of fees. Students who have paid in full will only be eligible for the return of £675, less costs for materials, admin etc.
  • All students who have completed Semester 1, but withdraw after April 1st of Semester 2 will not be eligible for any return of fees.

Withdrawal from the Distance learning Course

If for any reason you are unable to continue the course, you must notify the Registrar in writing.
Please note:

  • Students who have paid in full (£900 for the academic year with discount) and withdraw before November 1st of Semester 1 will have their fees returned; deductions being made for any materials, admin costs etc.
  • Students who have paid in full (£900 with discount) and have completed Semester 1 but withdraw before April 1st of Semester 2 will have £180 returned.
  • Students who withdraw after November 1st before completing Semester 1 will not be eligible for any return of fees. Students who have paid in full will only be eligible for the return of £450, less costs for materials, admin etc.
  • All students who have completed Semester 1, but withdraw after April 1st of Semester 2 will not be eligible for any return of fees.

Other expenses:

  • Student ID card (£ 5).
  • Confirmation of student status certificate (£ 10) first certificate will be FREE.
  • The Equivalence of any certificate (£ 50).
  • Attending LESSONS for any particular subject (£ 10 per lesson per day) for self study students only.
  • Attending LESSONS for a any particular subject (£ 50 per lesson per term) for self study students only.
  • The institute provides the student discounted books.
  • The student must pay the monitoring fees of the examiner if the exam is held far away from the institute’s headquarters.
  • When a student changes his status from an attending student to a correspondence student during the study term then he is not eligible to receive a reimbursement of the difference, but if he changes from a correspondence student to an attending student then he will have to pay the difference.
